"Had a wonderful dinner last Saturday, February 10, for my birthday. Chez Rosa never disappoints. We enjoyed a shared appetizer and had a warm and flavorful cassoulet and spectacular scallop dish. Every entree was delicious and absolutely seasoned perfectly. Add a carafe of yummy wine, cozy environment and really balanced and attentive service, I could do this every night!"
