I visited the branch on Bandera and Mainland on a Saturday morning. When I got there, a young lady at the branch said I would have to return later as they were closed. Michael Gil De Rubio heard my reason for being there and told the lady he would assist me. My accounts were frozen, and I was in a panic because I didn't know why or when my accounts were flagged as disabled. Michael made calls and initiated emails to the departments that would know why my account was disabled. I was worried and in panic mode, but seeing him really understand my issue and concern helped me calm down a lot. It took a few days for my issue to be resolved, and Michael did an excellent job of following up with me. In my opinion, he is more than ready to become a branch manager with his excellent customer service and empathy for customers' issues. I have been with Woodforest for over 10 years, and I'm very pleased to know caring and knowledgeable employees work there.
I had a great experience today at your Houston location on Hillcroft. The young woman who helped me was so professional and courteous. I believe her name was Natalie. I will be recommending your bank to friends and family.
The Uniontown branch of Woodforest National Bank has the most accurate customer service performance compared to most branches! "Thank you" for being proactive, courteous, and accurate in supporting my banking experience since becoming a Woodforest banking customer.
I appreciate how kind and helpful Lougena Hudson is to me every time I go to the Cullman, Alabama location. Today when I went, I got to meet Susan Bates, who normally works for the Decatur, Alabama location, I believe she said, and she was also very kind and helpful. Lougena, or Nena as we all know her, is always very professional; Susan also seemed to be today when I met her for the first time. They both are very knowledgeable in their profession, so for all that, I definitely have to give them both 5 stars and 5 stars to the bank. The company is definitely lucky to have both of these wonderful women working there. I definitely look forward to seeing Lougena again soon and hope to run into Susan there again sometime!
I would like to say thank you so much to Latisha Dinkel at 3101 West Davis in Conroe. Latisha is an amazing individual. She took her time with me; I did not feel rushed and was very comfortable with her. She is very down-to-earth and knowledgeable about her corporation. I will have to say she is the reason I will continue banking with this Woodforest location. I give her one million stars for her great advice and service. Woodforest is very lucky to have Latisha. I look forward to seeing her again.
Once again, thank you so much for your amazing service. You are great at what you do. Keep up the great job.
New to them but not at all impressed. The branch had newer young employees who just made too many mistakes, causing me to return three times in a two-week period. They first opened up the wrong basic savings account rather than the money market as requested. Their solution was to close the basic saving and open a money market account. Now I have two savings: one open and one closed? All my information was given at the time of account opening. Both the checking account and savings account were frozen one week later because my verification of address, paperwork, and documentation had not been sent to wherever it needed to go. This caused my direct deposit of my monthly check to be disrupted. There was no concern for the potential hardship to customers. Never in my life have I had these issues in all my 60 years. It makes one question their legitimacy. Are they susceptible to employee fraud, or will they do anything about employee negligence?
WORST BANK EVER! The foreign employee at the Morrisville, North Carolina branch continues to call me by the wrong name, despite my correcting her 31 times. Moreover, she loudly disclosed the amount of money in my account in front of all the Walmart customers, as well as the fact that I was trying to obtain two cashier's checks from my account, which took her nearly an hour to complete. Additionally, her so-called boss protected her identity, preventing me from lodging a proper complaint about her. I'm transferring my $90,000 to another bank because it's clear that these folks from Texas lack proper training for employees who are unfamiliar with American banking laws. Moreover, it's impossible to reach anyone in human resources to file a complaint. I called our branch over 80 times in one day and no one ever answered the phone, and I can assure you they didn't have two customers at that branch all day long. They are the laziest witch ever!
I've had my account for years. Love my banking with Woodforest. I've referred people to bank with them. I am sure every bank has employees that lack in personal kindness, but for me, it's been great. Love Woodforest.
There are not enough words to compliment this very professional and friendly crew! I have been a customer with this Joliet bank location for years, and the customer service has been consistently excellent. I have consistently witnessed Dave, Alaina, Paige, and Randy greet me and their other customers, assist me and their other customers promptly, and are always 'community friendly' above and beyond the normal customer service expectations. 'They care about their customers.' I always leave this location laughing and smiling because of how friendly they are. They are worthy of praise and should be commended and rewarded for their commitment to great customer service and support of our community. Highly recommended!
The worst bank. On holidays and weekends, they close down my account and I am stuck wherever I am with no money. This time at Christmas, it happened as I was traveling with no money for gas or last-minute gifts. They are the worst. There is no 24-hour line as they advertise for getting help either. Don't go with this bank. As a 66-year-old woman who travels a lot for my job, I will have to switch banks now.
This bank is awful. I have been banking with them for more than ten years, and as soon as I didn't owe them anything or have a deposit for one month, they closed my account indefinitely with no remorse or consideration for the inconvenience. They exhibit the most pathetic customer service ethics ever. They then revert back to terms that were given to me 15 years ago and expect me to remember them. I have wanted to leave them for a while but didn't wish to redo my direct deposit for child support. But I guess this was the time to leave. Thank you for showing how much you care about your customers and for building a relationship that doesn't matter at the end of the day. It seems to benefit me only when I have a balance; otherwise, they would have taken my money. To me, that is one-sided.
I have been banking with Woodforest for many years and was told that my account would not be closed because I have a recurring deposit woke up this morning and my account was closed like really who does that to a customer who has been with your bank since 2011 and have there account as well as there daughter checking account there also
I love how they seem so invested and detailed to make it feel personal. I also love how accurate and up to date everything is and I feel safe having my information in the hands of professional people.

I have been banking with woodforest national Bank for a couple of years. In the past it would take me forever to get to the clerk because of understaffed or slots that was working @ the Bank located 1430 Austin Highway. Now they have a great crew, well David Fugate has been holding it down from day one but he has a great new manager who came in & straighten out the spider web & added a team that consist of Crissy Martinez, April Agosto, Amerika Lieja & of course Davis Fugate who has been their for almost 3yrs. I actually love the crew they have put together & of course they stay busy but they work as a team & I probably have very little waiting time. All my little money goes in the account & I was recently introduced to a CD plan @ 5.1% for 13 mos. I encourage anyone that is trying to save money & want to fill safe where you put your money to join me @ woodforest national Bank located @ 1430 Austin Highway & tell them David Moore Da Elect Sent You.
