Where do I go to make a reservation for Dec. 19th to Dec.26th??? I know it says no res. needed, but I would feel better knowing I had one. Also, is there a CS phone number to call if needed. Thank you.

I tried to reserve on Thanksgiving and couldn't. You can call and verify if they have parking available. Phone number is 813-282-1480.

Cheaper than the airport parking lot
Their shuttle is fast and will pick you up in 5-10 min.

Hello my name is Master Deputy Fire Marshal William Brown of the Chesapeake Fire Marshal's Office. I am late getting this out but I want everyone to know that I received the red carpet treatment or what we say in the fire service "THE WOW FACTOR."
These two ladies who didn't know my name or title at the time represented A-1 Express Airport in Tampa with excellent service and their names are Gisele who was operating as the dispatcher and Connie who was driving the shuttle bus. I rented a vehicle from a local van dealer and this was my first time in Tampa. I brought eleven members of my family on our vacation to Disney World back in November.
I didn't follow the directions given by the car rental but was able to remember he told me about A-1 Express. I called and Gisele answered my call after explaining my lack of following instructions, she stated that she would get someone over right away. Shortly a shuttle bus pulls up and the driver introduces herself as Connie. As embarrassed as I was, I explained my situation and she stated she would get me to my rental so I can get on my way to my family and vacation. I told Connie that I was a Fire Marshal and retiring at the end of the year with forty-five years of service and she commended me on my years of service. Connie told Gisele about me when I got to their office. I was so relaxed and comfortable with Connie that I told her I would ask for her on my rental return. The vacation was nice and this is where the customer service was through the roof again.
Because of the proximity of A-1's office to the airport I thought I could drive the van back myself. Well I got lost and ended up taking the van back to the van's rental lot and locked the keys in the vehicle. That's when I realized I messed up and I was getting close to the time my flight was scheduled to leave for Norfolk Va. I started walking towards the airport and soon realized I wasn't going to make it there in time and I suddenly remembered to scroll through my phone's previous calls and found your company's number. When I called , I stated my name and told her I was walking and trying to find a landmark to give her my location. Gisele stated is this the retiring Fire Marshal and I said yes and is Connie working and she said yes but Connie was on another run. I heard Gisele dispatching a shuttle to come look for me and that's when I heard Connie on the radio in the background stating, I'll go find and get the Fire Marshal to the Airport.
I was still walking when I seen that shuttle bus and a familiar smiling face say "I got you and let's get you to the airport to be with your family."
I would love to send these ladies something but I didn't have their last name. I still want to send them something to show my profound appreciation for what they did. The ride from the parking to the drop off at the airport was awful because the AC in the van was not working and it was 92 outside. There were 3 other vans in the lot, what not take another one? My arrival was not a pleasant experience as I had to call 3 times a I be picked up and it took 35 min for them to show up. Not good

Driver was confrontational and discourteous. Never again. Hassle not worth the small savings.

I always use this service when I travel. I am handicapped and they take me directly to my departing gate and when I return, I pick me up from the terminal. I don't have to go to the remote drop off area. I haven't had a problem while my vehicle is parked. I would recommend them.

I dropped off my car and asked for a car wash. The shuttle was just leaving, so I hopped on. On the return, I rode with my mother to the A-1 office. I asked for my car, gave my name. They asked me if I got a car wash (shouldn't they know)? I was then handed my fob and told where to find my car. I think their definition of "valet parking" is different from mine.
Getting in my car, I immediately noticed that the windshield was streaked. The car smelled of smoke (I don't smoke) and there appeared to be ashes in the cup holders. The trunk was not vacuumed at all. The floor mats weren't reattached to their holders. Worst $25 car wash I ever had.
A couple days later, I realized that my SunPass transponder was missing. I'm here trying to get the phone number so I can call and see if they have my transponder. Costs $10-$15 a day if you do valet. Shuttles to airport. Covered garage. Recommend over airport parking.

This is a multi purpose garage located in the Avion Park hotel area very close to TIA. There is a shuttle that takes you to the airport if you park your car for extended stays and it also serves as the free parking garage for the hotels in the Avion Park. The garage has no entrance fee and as a hotel guest, there is no dashboard or hang tag signage to decipher who is paying and who is not. I don't know how they figure it out. I have only parked in the garage as an overflow from the surface hotel parking.

I read pretty much all of the reviews. You have to do your go homework that's for sure. Especially when it comes to your personal property.
We tossed around taking an Uber to the airport bUt decided to park at A1 instead. The deciding factor was the time. We needed to drop the car off around 4:30 am to catch an early flight. I reserved online. That was easy enough. When we got there checking in was quite simple. We left our car and key. Boarded the shuttle and got dropped off at the airport. Didn't do hardly any waiting which was nice. No stress. Pretty much no worry.
Upon returning I called the number on the claim ticket and we met the shuttle in a timely manner. Picked up our car. No mud. No sand. Thank God.

Dropped off my car for 3 days, came back to find it looking like someone went off roading through the woods. Upon pointing it out to the employee, the most he could do was offer me a coupon for 2 free days on my next visit instead of just covering the cost of a wash.
