      I was very unsatisfied with their service. They were unable to fix my laptop for the fee that they charged me. I wound up just leaving them my old laptop to recycle and totally gave up and bought a new laptop.

      I took my Iphone 6 to a competitor to be repaired since in the past I took a lap top to Discount Computer Warehouse and it took a very long time to get it back. After the competitor looked at my phone, they told me that there had been a recall on the Iphone 6 phones but it had expired. They told me that the recall problem was that the logic board would come lose and that it needed to be soldered in. They thought this was the problem. Since they did not do soldering, they sent me to Discount Computer Warehouse. I told the lady at DCW what they had said. My phone was at DCW for many weeks. When it was finally done, they had put in a new board, but didn't solder it. I asked the lady why, and she said "Oh, we don't pay any attention to hearsay". My phone worked for three days and then went back to the same problems with connecting to my service. A few days later, the phone wouldn't even turn on. When I took the phone back, the lady's only response was "It worked when it left here". I left the phone since she said that they would look at it. That was in December. I went to the store five times and asked for my phone back. The first four times I was told that the person working on the phone was not in and that she could not release it without his approval. The fifth time, at the end of last week, she gave my phone back minus the sim card. They said that their records show that the Sim Card was missing when I dropped it off.
      Funny thing is that doesn't appear on the original paperwork. From late December to the middle of March, they did nothing to correct their faulty workmanship.

      I am writing this review as a warning. I recommend that you STAY AWAY from this place.

      They have fixed my computer multiple times, always very friendly and helpful. I have recommended a few friends to them, and they have been pleased with the service they received as well!

      I brought my laptop to them in September. they told me that they needed to order some special parts and I said okay. You would think to yourself that would take 5 weeks maximum to get the parts in and my laptop fixed even if there was a backlog. unfortunately it is December and I've yet to get my laptop back. they've never given me any update on the progress either. I've had to call them and the response has been all we had to order this and that from China it's taking a really long time. I already gave them $100 and still nothing. I'm starting to think they may have just thrown my laptop out. I bought parts from them before and the experience was quick and pleasant so I'm not sure why the service is so terrible now. in my opinion go on YouTube look up how to fix it yourself or find a new shop all together. hopefully I can get my laptop back before the end of the year fingers crossed.

      orderd 8 electronic headsets for $160 with shipping, our card was immedialty charged, when we called to get a tracking number, we were given a 3rd degree how we had to wait for our money from our bank had to get to their bank, and they were not going to ship till they got paid first. I responded with how rude they were and they never wrote back, I then called teh next day and asked for t asked for a tracking number and she did not have one, so i told them to cancel the order and refund my card now, she then asked why are was being so rude, i said cause i think you charged my card and was waiting to get the money cause you cannot afford to send the stuff, and this was nothing more thna a dropship, she scolded me some more and hung up, I called back and she asked me what did I want and I said a tracking number she told me it shipped yesterday so indeed if it did give me a tracking number, she never did and i told her to refund it, well yesterday she told me a tracking number would be issued the next day so if it really shipped she shuld have had this number already you would think, another red flag, then the status on the page still said awaiting shipment, well then after she hung up she changed it you could tell to ship, she refused to answer phone calls by the way, and the voice mail was "Magic Jack" Service , really magic jack for a place that says they have warehouses in California and they are in Indiana? yeh right..Saving money with magic jack..anyway still today 2 days later no response via many emails and phoen calls and no tracking number still have my money, oh i forgot to add she did write in her last email that they no longer give out tracking numbers to protect themselves and their customers, funny cause on the policy of the web site it states they po
