I'm looking for feedback on the wash/detail service the Parking Spot offers. Has anyone used them to clean and wax their car? How was the work they did?

Thank you for your interest in our car care service, Steve! Unfortunately, at this time, we are not offering any washes or details at either of our properties in Atlanta.

I would guess no since that is a weekend (fewer consultants) and immediately before Fulton Country schools resume for the year (no more family vacations). But reservations are free I'd you're a Spot Club member, which is also free. We didn't… more

The parking spot #1 people are great. Here are the reasons why.
1 - battery ties; they come give you a jump (thank you Cory & Shann)
2 - charge the wrong credit card, the manager (Shann) goes to the cashier himself to handle it himself
3 - the drivers stop and give you an update even when they cannot pick you up

We had a short wait for our Parking Spot 1 shuttle. They had a lot of shuttles running but unfortunately the first two passed us by, likely since it was super crowded on the North Terminal pick up area. Our driver was Corey H and he did a phenomenal job, fast, and efficient. He was helpful with our bags. We use these services regularly and normally do not run into any problems.

Paid for Premium Covered Parking with a reservation in advance. Waited 17 minutes before the onsite shuttle even picked us up, and that was after I called their office and complained (while I was still waiting inside the covered parking lot). Only then to pickup a few more people around the parking lot that had just arrived. Overall 25 minutes WASTED before even leaving the facility. DON'T PARK HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE HOURS TO WASTE OR WANT TO WALK TO AIRPORT!! Complete joke and lack of service for the price they charge.

We used to be a big fan of The Parking Spot. They still maintain an excellent facility at CLT. But their ATL facilities are just not up to par with the competition. There is no electric vehicle parking and the lots don't look as secure as other agencies. Hopefully they will make it better.

I came to this location because it is the cheapest. I have never had a problem with getting to the airport in time. They have different prices for covered vs uncovered. The pick up location is back on the bottom floor.

I have never had a problem with getting to the airport in time. They have different prices for covered vs uncovered. The airport is under construction so the pick up location is now on the second floor.

I chose this place because I get a discount. You need GPS to find this place. There is 24/7 service. I believe there is 1 pick up location near Domestic North Terminal and 2-3 drop off locations.
Service was good. Shuttle picked me up at my car and dropped me off at the car. Driver wanted to help me with my bags.
To exit the venue, go to the very back of the parking lot to go into covered parking. The wait for a shuttle can take a while. Down load the app and let them know you are waiting. - Kim M.GA, GA01Apr 6, 2024
Atlanta - stuck at Atlanta airport. The buses were not pulling into the correct spots so People would run whenever they saw a bus approach. Therefore there wasn't a line or any order to who was next. It was chaos and we watched three buses fill and leave while watching other parents upset that they couldn't "run to catch a bus" with their kids in tow. I'll never use The Parking Spot again. I sure do miss Park N Fly. It has been terrible since The Parking Spot bought them out.

I love the parking spot! I park there every week. The shuttles run all the time and each driver is super helpful. I like how they pick me up and drop me off right at my car, so I don't have to drag my luggage around.

25 minutes from parking until being picked up. 5 vans passed us by driving towards the terminal. When a van finally picked us up we were first-on, and we experienced another 12 minutes driving through the parking lot doing pick-ups.

It's about 2 miles from the airport. There are other parking facilities closer.
It's dark and confusing once inside the gates.
There is covered and outside parking options, and they can detail your car when you are gone. In my case they lost the paperwork for the wash recently. It was a bit of a mess, but they took my word for the parking charge and the wash rather than delay my exit. I got an email from the manager later apologizing.
I guess this location simply isn't my familiar LAX PS on Sepulveda. They do a great job in a convenient facility, albeit at higher-end pricing. - Ann J.Austin, TX015Oct 18, 2023
I parked here on a recent trip in the uncovered lot. The exit out was very poorly marked out of the maze. At once point, a friggin' garbage can was covering the exit sign. I had to stop the frigging shuttle bus from moving forward to move the friggin' garbage can.

Long wait times if you're trying to get picked up from the international terminal. Sometimes calling multiple times doesn't even help.
