I was leaving Atlanta for a couple days and I did not want to leave my car at a Marta parking station.
The parking here is $12 - $14 per day for uncovered. You get a discount if you have a promo code or a corporate account. This location is a few minutes away from the airport. Parking was tight here. The only pickup and drop off point is a Domestic Terminal LN1.

The staff are fine and the experience wasn't bad but there has to be a better option. Getting to the airport was not difficult but getting back to my car was difficult. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes to get a ride back to my car. The Parking Spot 2 did not have shuttles coming back to get customers. There were plenty of Parking Spot 1 shuttles that came by. The problem is that the shuttles were not switching up to help the massive line at The Parking Spot 2. Contacted by management & refunded amount spent on parking. They also compensated me with a few days of parking, which came in handy on my last trip.

Superior customer service from shuttle drivers. Unfortunately returned from a two week trip over Christmas only to find my car covered in bird poop (see pics). This was COVERED parking so most definitely did NOT expect this. Notified The Parking Spot 2 twice with no response from them. Would not recommend parking here unless you like bird crap.

We booked a reservation with the Parking Spot 2 location a few weeks, because we have used this company at other US airports.. This company always is reliable and affordable. We arrived very early (05:00am) this morning, and all of the staff that we came in contact was very friendly and helpful. They over uncovered and covered parking. Their parking lots are well lighted and they appear to have security. Their shuttle service is always very quick, and they pick up & drop off at your vehicle. All the shuttle service drivers are always willing to help or assist their customers with their luggage. I'm positive that we will continue to use this franchise company for our parking needs!!!

Was able to make a reservation a couple of days before our trip over thanksgiving. The driver picked us up right away and took us the back way to the airport via Riverdale rd since camp creek was full of traffic. Once we landed, the shuttle was right outside waiting. Can't beat the price and the service was top notch.

The easiest self-parking method at the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. Prepay for your parking using their app and then enter the lot without dealing with heavily congested airport parking. The shuttle ride is a short ride to your terminal, and then when you return there is almost always a shuttle waiting to take you back to your vehicle. Simply scan the QR code on the app and exit to jump back onto 285. We will only use Parking Spot for all our travel.

Don't park here if you want to go to the airport. You will not make your flight on time.

I really loved the Parking Spot 2 ever since my wife and I moved to Georgia 4 yrs ago. Them not helping my wife unload a 48 lb suitcase and a stroller with no call back from their management team when I emailed them was enough for me.

Sadly, today was the last time we'll use The Parking Spot. We have been loyal customers for 15 years, but the last couple of years have caused me to permanently abandon this company. Customer service has declined with every visit.
We arrived at the lot 2 hours before our flight was to depart. We waited at our parking spot in covered parking for 10 minutes. A driver finally came by and said, "sorry, I'm full so you'll have to wait for the next shuttle". I appreciated his good manners at 5:10 a.m.. After an additional 10 minute wait we walked down to where other customers were congregated only to be yelled at by a female driver who told us to go back to our cars. We waited 10 more minutes and had no choice but to drive to the airport and pay for daily parking so we wouldn't miss our flight. The lack of shuttles combined with an increasing number of waiting customers was far from acceptable.
Shame on you, Parking Spot, for not honoring the reservations made on a busy Saturday morning. The one star is for the drivers who do provide excellent customer service despite working for this poorly managed company.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

If I ever wanted to pull a "Karen" - today was the day. I pulled in and then waited over 30 minutes to get a shuttle. I watched 4 drive by and then decided to walk down the hill just to have 2 more drive by. I tried to talk to whoever was pretending to be in charge and she was so rude. I have to make a conscious choice not to say or do something that would have gotten me in jail because she wasn't worth it. I will never park here again. It is horrible. It took another guy that was standing on the corner with me to yell at a driver to even get him to stop and then continue driving just to come back around and get us. Stay in school kids - you don't want to work for this circus!

God bless these people! Each time I have come to use the parking spot they have been friendly and caring every visit. My most recent visit, I forgot a piece of luggage on the shuttle and had to retrieve it the next day. The staff kept my luggage in safe keeping. Forever grateful and will continue to use this trustworthy parking lot.

I wish they paid a bit more attention to their tipping and paying guest
